1. Session 1: First Code and the print() Function
Run Python in Thonny or an online IDE, then write a dozen short programs using nothing but print(). (90 min)
2. Session 2: Variables and Storing Information
Store information in variables, print it, change it, and mix variables with text in your output. (90 min)
3. Session 3: Doing Math and Showing Results
Use all seven arithmetic operators, follow the order of operations, and solve real world problems with clear printed results. (90 min)
4. Session 4: Getting User Input
Ask the user questions with input(), convert their answers to numbers, and build small interactive programs. (90 min)
5. Session 5: Making Decisions with if, elif, and else
Compare values to get True or False, then use if, elif, and else to control what your program prints. (90 min)
6. Session 6: Repeating Actions with Loops
Use for loops with range() and while loops to print sequences, tables, countdowns, and patterns. (90 min)
7. Session 7: Lists and Working with Multiple Values
Store many values in a list, change and loop through them, and combine lists with input, decisions, and loops. (90 min)
8. Session 8: Mini Project, Putting It All Together
Plan, build, test, and share a complete program that uses variables, input, decisions, loops, lists, and lots of print() output. (90 min)
